Andy J. Wu, PhD, OT is an occupational therapist and a recognized leader in adaptive gaming and rehabilitation. As the former Senior Director of Peer Counseling at AbleGamers, he led one of the organization’s most impactful programs by building hospital and industry partnerships and securing major funding to integrate gaming into therapy for people with disabilities.

As the founder of ReSpawn Foundation, Andy now leads fundraising, operations, and strategy, handling everything from growing awareness to the less glamorous backend paperwork. He is committed to carrying ReSpawn’s mission forward: making gaming a meaningful part of recovery for people with life-changing conditions.

Currently (and always) playing Fortnite, some Overcooked, and Suika Game.

Riley Hanline, OTD, OTR/L is an occupational therapist passionate about assistive technology and gaming. At AbilityKC, he supports clients through the Adaptive Computer and Communication Technologies (ACCT) team, helping them succeed in school, work, and daily life. He’s committed to advancing inclusive, accessible digital environments.

At ReSpawn Foundation, Riley leads the development and delivery of the curriculum to support integration of adaptive gaming into rehabilitation practice.
