Our Story
ReSpawn Foundation was founded on a singular conviction: that everyone deserves the right to play, and every clinician deserves the tools and culture to make that possible. The movement for gaming accessibility has reached a turning point. For years, the focus was on hardware and individual stories. But as the field grew, it became clear that for adaptive gaming to truly change lives at scale, it needed more than just technology, it needed professionalism, clinical integration, and a culture of accountability.
ReSpawn was founded by a clinician and supported by clinicians. We realized that to truly serve the disability community, we had to build an organization that mirrors the excellence of the hospitals we serve.
We didn't just want to start another charity; we wanted to create a clinical foundation.
Our Commitment
We are here to prove that you can combine the passion of the gaming community with the rigorous standards of clinical care. At ReSpawn, our story is just beginning, and it is written by the clinicians we train, the partners we support, and the players who get back in the game.
